AB275-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB275-AA3,1,2 21. Page 1, line 5: after "child" insert "that is necessary for the care of the child".
AB275-AA3,1,5 32. Page 1, line 7: delete "cult or group that promotes criminal activity" and
4substitute "criminal gang or in any other group in which any child was traumatized
5as a result of his or her association with that group".
AB275-AA3,1,6 63. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 7 and substitute:
AB275-AA3,1,7 7" Section 1m. 48.371 (1) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
AB275-AA3,1,118 48.371 (1) (c) Any other medical information concerning the child that is
9necessary for the care of the child. The foster parent, treatment foster parent or
10operator of a group home or child caring institution receiving information under this
11paragraph shall keep the information confidential.".
