AB275-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB275-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 8: after "child" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB275-SA2,1,3 2. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB275-SA2,1,4 " Section 6m. 48.371 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB275-SA2,1,8 48.371 (4) Any foster parent, treatment foster parent or operator of a group home or child caring institution who discloses any information in violation of sub. (1) (b) or (c) or (3) (a), (b), (c) or (d) may be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or both.".
