AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after that line insert:

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. 134.42 (2) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,6 134.42 (2) (g) A cable operator may not impose on a subscriber a charge or administrative fee of any kind if the subscriber requests that the cable operator reduce the level of service received by the subscriber.".

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 1: delete "This act" and substitute "The treatment of section 134.42 (2) (f) of the statutes".

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,11 "(2) The treatment of section 134.42 (2) (g) of the statutes first applies to service level reduction requests that are made on the effective date of this subsection.".
