AB404-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB404-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "minors and" and substitute "minors,".

AB404-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 5: after "articles" insert "and granting rule-making authority".

AB404-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB404-AA1,1,6 "146.995 (2m) (a) In this subsection, "agent" means a person who is authorized by a physician to act on behalf of, or at the direction of, the physician.".

AB404-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB404-AA1,1,8 "(b) Any physician who reasonably suspects that a serious injury to a minor".

AB404-AA1,1,10 5. Page 2, line 11: after "report" insert ", either personally or through an agent,".

AB404-AA1,2,3 6. Page 2, line 14: after "protection." insert "The department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection may promulgate rules specifying any other requirements for reporting under this subsection.".
