AB408-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB408-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: after "education program" insert ", granting rule-making authority".

AB408-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 16: delete lines 16 to 18 and substitute "The department by rule may establish a fee to be collected from each participant in the program to cover the costs of the program. If the department establishes a fee, it may not exceed the cost of providing the program to the participant.".

AB408-AA2,1,12 3. Page 2, line 21: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with "the program." on page 3, line 2, and substitute "The department by rule may establish a fee to be collected from each participant in the program to cover the costs of the program. If the department establishes a fee, it may not exceed the cost of providing the program to the participant.".
