AB452-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB452-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: delete lines 5 to 8 and substitute:

AB452-AA2,1,7 "(b) The contact prohibition under par. (a) is in effect during the 72 hours immediately following the release of the arrested person, except that if the arrested person makes his or her initial appearance under s. 970.01 before the 72-hour period expires a court may adopt and continue the contact prohibition when establishing conditions of release under s. 969.02 or 969.03.".
