AB462-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB462-AA6,1,2 1. Page 5, line 22: delete "sub. (4)" and substitute "subs. (4) and (5)".

AB462-AA6,1,3 2. Page 6, line 3: delete "sub. (4)" and substitute "subs. (4) and (5)".

AB462-AA6,1,4 3. Page 6, line 17: after that line insert:

AB462-AA6,1,8 "(5) This section does not apply to any local governmental unit that has in effect on the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], or enacts not later than 30 days after the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], a marital hardship exemption.".
