AB463-ASA1-AA15,1,3 2. Page 112, line 13: after that line insert:

AB463-ASA1-AA15,1,8 "(b) Any person who fails to report abuse of an unborn child based on a good faith evaluation, including evaluation of information provided by the expectant mother, shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, that results from the failure to report. For the purpose of any proceeding, civil or criminal, the good faith of any person failing to report shall be presumed.".
