AB492-ASA1-AA3,1,7 1. Page 2, line 10: delete the material beginning with "The rules" and ending with the period line 13 and substitute "If a federal agency requires wetland compensatory mitigation with respect to an activity, the rules may not require the person who is issued a permit or other authorization described in sub. (2) for the activity to conduct wetland compensatory mitigation in excess of or in addition to that required by the federal agency.".
