AB514-AA9,1,4 1. Page 7, line 3: after "deer" insert ", a pet bird that is either a psittacine or a softbill and is not native, is not endangered or threatened and is not a migratory bird on the list in 50 CFR 10.13 that is promulgated under 16 USC 701 to 715s".
