AB515-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB515-AA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 11: delete the material beginning with "burial" and ending with "other policy" on line 12 and substitute "burial, funeral or preneed insurance policy or any other insurance policy".

AB515-AA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:

AB515-AA1,1,6 " Section 5m. 628.315 of the statutes is created to read:

AB515-AA1,1,10 628.315 Telephone solicitation of burial, funeral and preneed insurance prohibited. As provided in s. 445.12 (3m) (b), no person may use a telephone solicitation to solicit the sale of a burial, funeral or preneed life insurance policy.".
