AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 6: delete "(a), (am) or" and substitute "(a) , (am) or".

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,4 32. Page 1, line 7: delete the material beginning with "if" and ending with
4"percentage" on page 2, line 8.

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,5 53. Page 2, line 9: before that line insert:

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,6 6" Section 3g. 287.31 (3) (c) 2m. and 3. of the statutes are amended to read:

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,77 287.31 (3) (c) 2m. 1998, 40% 30%.

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,88 3. 2001 and thereafter, 45%, 38%.

AB516-ASA1-AA1, s. 3m 9Section 3m. 287.31 (3) (c) 2s. of the statutes is repealed.

AB516-ASA1-AA1, s. 3r 10Section 3r. 287.31 (3) (c) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB516-ASA1-AA1,1,1111 287.31 (3) (c) 4. 2003 and thereafter, 40%.".
