AB64-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB64-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute:

AB64-AA1,1,3 " Section 5m. 823.113 (1g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB64-AA1,1,10 823.113 (1g) Any building or structure that is used for any of the acts of prostitution listed in s. 944.30, or that contains the residence of any person who uses the building or structure to facilitate an act of prostitution listed in s. 944.30 and who has been found guilty of a Class A misdemeanor under s. 944.30 within the last 90 days, is a public nuisance and may be proceeded against under this section. A person is presumed to use a building or structure to facilitate an act of prostitution if the act of prostitution occurs within one mile of that building or structure.".
