AB747-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB747-AA1,1,2 21. Page 4, line 7: delete lines 7 to 14 and substitute:
AB747-AA1,1,4 3" Section 4L. 302.385 of the statutes is renumbered 302.385 (intro.) and
4amended to read:
AB747-AA1,1,11 5302.385 Correctional institution health care. (intro.) The standards for
6delivery of health services in state correctional institutions governed under s. 301.02
7shall be based on the essential standards of the American medical association
8standards for health services in prisons, published in July 1979 and standards for
9health services in juvenile correctional facilities, published in August 1979.

11any of the following:

4Health Care, the American Public Health Association or the American Nurses'
5Association.

7standards are comparable to the standards formulated by an organization specified
8in sub. (1).".
