AB80-AA1,1,3 " Section 2m. 101.143 (4) (a) 7. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB80-AA1,1,9 101.143 (4) (a) 7. In any fiscal year, the department may not award more than 5% of the amount appropriated under s. 20.143 (3) (v) as awards for petroleum product storage systems that are owned by school districts and that are used for storing heating oil for consumptive use on the premises where stored and that are owned by school districts, serve buildings used primarily for religious purposes or serve nonprofit private schools.".
