AB832-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB832-AA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 21: delete "board" and substitute "system".

AB832-AA1,1,3 2. Page 6, line 6: after that line insert:

AB832-AA1,1,5 "(dm) "Out-of-state state bank" means a bank chartered under the laws of any state other than this state.".

AB832-AA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 8: on lines 8, 10, 11 and 24, after "out-of-state" insert "state".

AB832-AA1,1,7 4. Page 7, line 3: delete "the examination" and substitute "the examinations".

AB832-AA1,1,8 5. Page 7, line 7: on lines 7, 13, 20 and 25, after "out-of-state" insert "state".
