AB928-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 3m. 346.505 (3) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB928-ASA1-AA1,1,8 346.505 (3) (c) Within 24 hours after observing the violation, the member or other person may deliver the report to a traffic officer of the political subdivision in which the violation occurred. A report which does not contain all of the information in par. (b) shall nevertheless be delivered and shall be maintained by the political subdivision for statistical purposes.".
