SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 130

SB130-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB130-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "sale" insert "and administration".

SB130-SA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 9: delete "No" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (9p) (b), no".

SB130-SA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

SB130-SA2,1,6 " Section 2p. 95.21 (9p) of the statutes is created to read:

SB130-SA2,1,8 95.21 (9p) Rabies vaccination of livestock. (a) In this subsection, "livestock" has the meaning given in s. 95.68 (1) (d).

SB130-SA2,1,10 (b) A person may sell or otherwise supply rabies vaccine to an individual for administration by the individual to livestock owned by the individual.

SB130-SA2,1,12 (c) An individual may administer rabies vaccine to livestock owned by the individual.".
