SB285-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB285-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 9, line 6: delete lines 6 to 9.

SB285-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 9, line 9: after that line insert:

SB285-SSA1-SA1,1,4 " Section 28m. 30.66 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB285-SSA1-SA1,1,8 30.66 (3) (b) No person may operate a personal watercraft at a speed in excess of slow-no-wake within 100 feet of any other boat or the shoreline of any lake. This paragraph does not apply if s. 30.69 (3) (a), (c) or (d) applies to the operation of the personal watercraft.".
