SB3-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB3-AA6,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: delete "Beginning" and substitute "Subject to sub. (4), beginning".

SB3-AA6,1,4 2. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

SB3-AA6,1,7 "(4) Subsection (2) does not apply until the attorney general determines that all lands within the boundaries of this state are subject to this chapter and to chs. 30, 31, 160, 280, 281, 283, 285, 289, 291 and 292 as they apply to mining operations.".
