SB333-SA5,1,3 1. Page 16, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 17, line 5.

SB333-SA5,1,4 2. Page 17, line 7: delete lines 7 to 8 and substitute:

SB333-SA5,1,5 "(1f) This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.".
