SB371-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

SB371-SA1,1,3 3" Section 2m. 452.01 (3) (dm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB371-SA1,1,54 452.01 (3) (dm) Any employe of an attorney under par. (h) if all of the following
5are true:

SB371-SA1,1,76 1. The employe's activities are directly supportive of the attorney's provision
7of legal services to the attorney's client.

SB371-SA1,1,98 2. The employe's activities are activities that the attorney may perform under
9par. (h).

SB371-SA1,1,1010 3. The employe is under the direction and supervision of the attorney.".

SB371-SA1,1,11 112. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

1"452.01 (3) (h) Attorneys licensed to practice in this state while acting within
2the scope of their attorney's license.".
