4are offered. The explanation shall include notice that a provider of home visitation
5program services under this section is required under s 48.981 (2) to report any
6suspected or threatened abuse or neglect of a child seen in the course of providing
7those services and that, if a report is made, the agency, as defined in s. 48.981 (1) (ag),
8receiving the report will initiate an investigation of the report within 24 hours after
9receipt of the report.".
