SB423-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB423-SA2,1,2 1. Page 29, line 11: delete lines 11 to 13 and substitute:

SB423-SA2,1,4 "(17) "Nonprofit corporation" means a corporation that does not make distributions, except as authorized under s. 181.1302 (1), (2) and (3).".

SB423-SA2,1,6 2. Page 124, line 2: on lines 2, 5, 6 and 12, after "distribution" insert "or other payment".

SB423-SA2,1,7 3. Page 204, line 2: after that line insert:

SB423-SA2,1,8 " Section 221t. Initial applicability.

SB423-SA2,1,11 (1) Requirements for articles of incorporation. The treatment of section 181.0202 (1) of the statutes first applies to articles of incorporation that are filed or amended on the effective date of this subsection.".
