SB51-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB51-AA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 5: after "that" insert: ", before hiring an applicant for employment in the private school,".

SB51-AA1,1,8 2. Page 1, line 6: on lines 6 and 7, delete: "each applicant for employment in the private school and, once every 5 years," and substitute: "the applicant that is similar to the investigations conducted under s. 118.19 (10) and, once every 5 years, conducts a background investigation".

SB51-AA1,1,9 3. Page 1, line 7: delete the comma after "employe".
