SB520-SA2,1,5 21. Page 3, line 11: after "decision." insert "Nothing in this subdivision shall be
3construed to require that the provision of an alternative to the appeals procedure
4specified in this subdivision be a mandatory subject of collective bargaining under
5subch. IV of ch. 111.".
