AB105-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB105-AA8,1,7 1. Page 5, line 9: delete the material beginning with "the governor" and ending with "persons." on line 11 and substitute "4 members appointed by the elections board, including one individual designated by each of the following: the senate majority leader, the senate minority leader, the speaker of the assembly and the assembly minority leader. In case of an absence or temporary vacancy, the officer designating that member may serve as a member of the board.".
