AB113-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB113-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: after "118.06" insert "(title)".

AB113-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " (1)".

AB113-AA2,1,4 3. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 to 4 and substitute:

AB113-AA2,1,6 " Section 1e. 118.06 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 118.06 (1) (a) and amended to read:

AB113-AA2,1,10 118.06 (1) (a) Every school board and the governing body of every private school shall cause the U.S. flag to be displayed in the schoolroom or from a flagstaff on each school ground during the school hours of each school day. This paragraph does not apply beginning in the 2003-04 school year.

AB113-AA2, s. 1m Section 1m. 118.06 (1) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB113-AA2,2,3 118.06 (1) (b) Beginning in the 2003-04 school year, every school board and the governing body of every private school shall cause the U.S. flag to be displayed in every classroom during the school hours of each school day.

AB113-AA2, s. 1s Section 1s. 118.06 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:".
