AB133-SSA1-SA8,1,8 "(12tw) Publications on weapon handling and safety. The department of natural resources shall allocate $100,000 from the appropriation under section 20.370 (8) (ir) of the statutes in the 1999-2001 fiscal biennium for the creation of one or more publications dealing with weapon handling and safety. The publication or publications shall include information on handguns, long rifles, shotguns and archery equipment and shall be available by January 31, 2000.".
