AB191-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB191-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB191-AA1,1,4 "(2) "Athlete" means a person participating in vigorous activities, sports, games or recreation.".

AB191-AA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 11: delete "a person as a result of the person's" and substitute "an athlete as a result of the athlete's".

AB191-AA1,1,8 3. Page 4, line 12: delete the material beginning with ", recreation" and ending with "stamina." on line 13 and substitute "or recreation.".

AB191-AA1,1,9 4. Page 4, line 14: delete "a person" and substitute "an athlete".
