AB238-ASA2-AA1,1,74 343.31 (1) (f) Operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges are
5suspended or revoked if the suspension or revocation was for improperly refusing to
6take a test under s. 343.305, violating s. 346.63 (1) or (5) or a local ordinance in
7conformity therewith, or violating s. 346.63 (2) or (6), 346.705, 940.09 (1) or 940.25.".
