AB360-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB360-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after "is" insert "renumbered 254.47 (6) (a) and".

AB360-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: after " (6)" insert "(a)".

AB360-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB360-AA1,1,5 " Section 2m. 254.47 (6) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB360-AA1,1,10 254.47 (6) (b) No permit may be issued under this section for a public swimming pool that is less than 1,000 square feet unless the public swimming pool employs or contracts with a person who holds a valid certificate granted by the department under s. 254.475 or who demonstrates that he or she has passed an approved course, as specified by the department by rule.".
