AB389-AA11,1,2 1. Page 13, line 10: after that line insert:

AB389-AA11,1,12 "6. A requirement that the expenditures under the programs under pars. (a) and (b) 1. that provide direct financial assistance to an individual, household or business for the purpose of providing low-income assistance, providing energy conservation or efficiency services or encouraging the use of customer applications of renewable resources be allocated among the counties in this state in proportion to the amount of revenues deposited in the utility public benefits fund that derive from fees paid under subs. (4) (a) and (5) (c) and (d) by utility ratepayers and retail electric cooperative members in the respective counties and from deposits in the utility public benefits fund under s. 196.374 (3) that derive from utility rates paid by utility ratepayers in the respective counties.".
