AB389-AA12,1,2 1. Page 29, line 24: after that line insert:

AB389-AA12,1,4 "(5) The commission shall require each utility to include as a separate charge on a customer's bill the cost to the customer of all of the following:

AB389-AA12,1,6 (a) The amount the utility spends under sub. (3) on programs specified in sub. (2).

AB389-AA12,1,8 (b) The amount the utility contributes to the commission for deposit in the fund under sub. (3).".
