AB389-AA3-AA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with "or residential" and ending with "development" on line 17.

AB389-AA3-AA2,1,5 2. Page 4, line 18: delete that line and substitute "more than one residential construction project".

AB389-AA3-AA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 19: delete "estate development,".

AB389-AA3-AA2,1,8 4. Page 4, line 20: delete the material beginning with "construction or" and ending with "development" on line 21 and substitute "construction".
