AB414-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. 149.176 of the statutes is created to read:

AB414-AA1,1,6 149.176 Certification form. Any form that the department requires a chiropractor or physician who is licensed in another state to complete for certification under s. 149.14 (3) (intro.) may not exceed 2 sides of one page in length.".
