AB619-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: after "purchaser of the item" insert " to the retailer of the item".

AB619-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 7: after " purchaser of the item" insert "to the retailer of the item".

AB619-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB619-AA1,1,7 " Section 2m. Initial applicability.

AB619-AA1,1,9 (1) Manufacturers' rebates. This act first applies to sales on the effective date of this subsection.".

AB619-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute:

AB619-AA1,1,12 "(1) Manufacturers' rebates. This act takes effect on the 7th day after the date of publication.".
