Page 4, line 13: after "minor." insert "The fact that a nonpetitioning parent has been incarcerated does not, in itself, show that the nonpetitioning parent has abandoned the minor, as described in s. 48.415 (1) (a) 3., (b) and (c), or failed to assume parental responsibility for the minor, as described in s. 48.415 (6).".
