AB699-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB699-AA4,1,2 1. Page 3, line 16: delete "sub. (4)," and substitute "subs. (3m) and (4),".

AB699-AA4,1,3 2. Page 4, line 6: after that line insert:

AB699-AA4,1,6 "(3m) Exemption of pardoned persons from prohibition. Subsection (2) does not apply to any person who has received a pardon for the felony for which he or she was convicted.".

AB699-AA4,1,8 3. Page 4, line 7: delete " Exemption." and substitute "Request by certain persons for complete or partial exemption from prohibition.".
