AB892-ASA4-AA8,1,8 "(2m) The district and a professional football team, as described in s. 229.823, enter into an agreement under which the team agrees that if the team is sold or if its assets are liquidated and the team is transferred to a new owner before the certification is made under s. 229.825 (3) (a), the terms of the sale or transfer of the team shall include a provision that provides for the immediate retirement of all outstanding bonds, including bonds issued to fund or refund those bonds.".
