SB106-SSA1-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB106-SSA1-SA1,1,7 21. Page 7, line 23: after "proceeding." insert "If a court-appointed special
3advocate discloses information in violation of the confidentiality requirement
4specified in this paragraph, the court-appointed special advocate is liable to any
5person damaged as a result of that disclosure for such damages as may be proved and,
6notwithstanding s. 814.04 (1), for such costs and reasonable actual attorney fees as
7may be incurred by the person damaged.".
