SB148-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB148-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

SB148-AA1,1,3 " Section 2g. 29.171 (4) (a) 4. (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB148-AA1,1,7 29.171 (4) (a) 4. (intro.) Has a permanent substantial loss of function in one or both arms or one or both hands and fails to meet the minimum standards of any one of the following standard tests, administered under the direction of a licensed physician, a licensed physical therapist or a licensed chiropractor:

SB148-AA1, s. 2r Section 2r. 29.171 (4) (a) 5. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB148-AA1,1,12 29.171 (4) (a) 5. Has a permanent substantial loss of function in one or both shoulders and fails to meet the minimum standards of the standard shoulder strength tests, administered under the direction of a licensed physician , a licensed physical therapist or a licensed chiropractor.".
