SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 179

SB179-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB179-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

SB179-SA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

SB179-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 17: delete "A sum sufficient" and substitute "Biennially, the amounts in the schedule".

SB179-SA1,1,7 3. Page 4, line 6: after that line insert:

SB179-SA1,1,8 " Section 7h. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB179-SA1,2,3 (1) The treatment of section 20.855 (3) (c) of the statutes and the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes by this act is in addition to any treatment of those provisions by the acts of 1999.

SB179-SA1, s. 7m Section 7m. Appropriation changes.

SB179-SA1,2,8 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1999, the dollar amount is increased by $400,000 for fiscal year 1999-00 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.".
