ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 354

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "concerning" insert "certain".

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 11: after "stop" insert "that is".

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 12: delete "agency:" and substitute "agency and that results in the operator of or any passenger in the motor vehicle being arrested or given a citation for a violation of any law or ordinance:".

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,7 4. Page 4, line 4: delete lines 4 to 11 and substitute:

SB354-ASA1-AA1,1,11 "(f) If the motor vehicle stop or a search conducted during the stop resulted in the operator or any passenger being given a citation for a violation of any law or ordinance, a listing of each citation given and the alleged violation for which the citation was given.

SB354-ASA1-AA1,2,3 (g) If the motor vehicle stop or a search conducted during the stop resulted in the arrest of the operator or any passenger, a listing of each arrest made and the reason for the arrest.".
