SB354-SA1,1,5 4. Page 5, line 13: after "racial" insert "or ethnic".

SB354-SA1,1,8 5. Page 5, line 19: delete that line and substitute "result of racial or ethnic profiling, racial or ethnic stereotyping or other race-based or ethnicity-based discrimination or".
