SB479-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB479-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: after that line insert:

SB479-SA1,1,5 "(am) Before proposing a plan under par. (a), obtain training under s. 36.25 (43) for at least one member of the school board or school district employe who will be involved in developing the pest management plan.".

SB479-SA1,1,8 2. Page 3, line 17: delete the material beginning with "have" and ending with "(5)" on line 18 and substitute "are certified in the applicable pesticide use categories under s. 94.705".

SB479-SA1,1,9 3. Page 6, line 6: delete lines 6 to 9.
