SB69-SA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

SB69-SA1,1,6 3"157.114 Duty to provide for burials. (1) In this section, "cemetery
4authority" does not include a municipality that takes control of a cemetery under s.
5157.115 (1) (b) or a town board that takes charge of a cemetery under s. 157.115 (1)
6(c).".
