ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 7: after "fund," insert "providing immunity to cities, villages, towns, and counties for actions taken regarding the disposal of animal carcasses,".

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 7, line 2: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,5 " Section 18m. 289.12 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 289.12 (2) (a).

AB1-ASA1-AA2, s. 18n Section 18n. 289.12 (2) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA2,1,9 289.12 (2) (b) A city, village, town, or county is immune from civil liability for good faith actions taken with regard to the disposal of animal carcasses in a solid waste facility.".
