AB1-ASA1-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA9,1,4 1. Page 1, line 5: delete that line and substitute "wasting disease, conducting surveillance of or herding animals from aircraft, hunting or shooting animals from vehicles and boats,".

AB1-ASA1-AA9,1,5 2. Page 3, line 9: delete "hunt" and substitute "conduct surveillance of or herd".

AB1-ASA1-AA9,1,7 3. Page 3, line 10: delete "take" and substitute "conduct surveillance of or herd".

AB1-ASA1-AA9,1,9 4. Page 3, line 12: delete "hunting" and substitute "conducting surveillance of or herding an animal".

AB1-ASA1-AA9,2,3 5. Page 3, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute "which aircraft may be used for the surveillance of animals and for the herding of animals in order to control the spread of disease in animals.".

AB1-ASA1-AA9,2,5 6. Page 3, line 19: delete the material beginning with "authorize" and ending with "animals." on line 21.
