AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: delete "Any person who" and substitute "If a person".

AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 3, line 9: after "(1) (b)" insert ", the school district".

AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 3, line 10: delete "of each".

AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,5 4. Page 3, line 11: delete "pupil" and substitute "conducted".

AB109-ASA1-AA2,1,8 5. Page 3, line 11: after "violation." insert "If a person violates sub. (1) (c) or (d), the general penalty provision under s. 939.61 applies to the school district,not to the official, employee, or agent.".
